The text, illustrations, diagrams, logo and interface on this site are ours unless we say otherwise. Reusing any of it needs our written permission. The third-party names and marks that appear here, including those of the AI assistants we connect to, belong to their owners; we show them to explain what Convoy works with, not to suggest they endorse us.
Privacy policy
What we do with your dataThis covers the website only. When Convoy runs inside a customer's product, that customer decides what happens to their end users' data and we act on their instructions, under a separate agreement.
Who is responsible
Sokhna Seck and Mame Abdou Faye, who run Convoy, together. To exercise a right or ask about anything below, write to hello@convoy-ai.com.

| Your cookie choice | To remember whether you said yes or no | Legal obligation | 6 months |

We do not sell personal data, and we do not train models on it.
Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider, which serves this site.
- Our scheduling tool, if you book a call from here.
- Our form provider, if you request a readiness audit.
- Our audience measurement tool, only if you agreed to it.
They act on our instructions. If any of them handles data outside the European Union, that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, limit what we do with it, or have it sent elsewhere. You can object to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest, and withdraw consent whenever you like — which does not undo what happened before.
Write to hello@convoy-ai.com and we will answer within a month. If that does not settle it, you can take it to the CNIL — cnil.fr — or to the authority where you live.
Terms of use
Using this siteThis site explains what Convoy is and what it does. Using it means accepting what follows.
We keep it as accurate as we can, but it is informational: figures, roadmap items and integrations described here can change, and nothing on the site is a contractual commitment. Where we quote outside research we name the source so you can check it. Anything marked as coming soon, WebMCP included, is not available yet.
We aim to keep the site up but cannot promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove any part of it. Links to other sites are there for convenience; what happens on them is not ours to answer for.
Commercial terms for the Convoy product — service levels, security commitments, data processing — live in the agreement we sign with each customer, not here.
French law applies. If something cannot be settled between us, the French courts will hear it.
